We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Logistics Assistant at Pick & Pack 24 GmbH, a dynamic logistics company based in Germany.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist in various aspects of warehouse management and logistics operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
  • Support project implementation in the warehouse and logistics departments, utilizing your analytical skills to optimize processes.
  • Take on independent tasks and coordinate with back office departments, demonstrating your ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between departments, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Help optimize warehouse processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Package and unload merchandise, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of goods.
Your Profile
  • Minimum of a good secondary school education or equivalent, with a strong foundation in logistics and operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure, with a focus on attention to detail and quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent German language skills, with English skills preferred, to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients.
  • Proactive, communicative, and a team player, with a passion for logistics and a willingness to take on new challenges.
