Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Technical Marketing Manager to join our team at Statista GmbH. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a comprehensive tracking system across our platform to monitor user behavior and content interaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and maintaining a DataLayer to ensure accurate and structured data collection
  • Managing consent management solutions to comply with GDPR and other privacy regulations
  • Integrating and managing third-party tools for enhanced tracking, reporting, and data analysis

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong skills in setting up comprehensive tracking systems for web and server environments
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Experience with server-side tagging for enhanced data control and security
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript for custom tagging and tracking implementations
  • Knowledge of consent management solutions and ensuring compliance with GDPR and other privacy laws
