About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Working Student to join our Vendor Support team at METRO Markets GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our vendors, ensuring a seamless experience on our marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to vendors on post-sales issues, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently.
  • Continuously improve and document our processes, driving efficiency and quality in our operations.
  • Monitor the delivery performance of vendors, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for vendor service escalations from our Customer Service department.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a university course, with a strong academic record.
  • Availability to work approximately 16-20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate studies.
  • First working experiences, even in a different setting, are highly valued.
  • A structured and organized approach to work, with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Additional European languages are a plus.
