Overview
As a Field Sales Representative at BTI, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Schweinfurt, Coburg, and Bamberg regions. You will work closely with our customers in the construction industry to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the construction industry
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
