Automotive Sales and Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at GAUDLITZ GmbH. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and retaining key customers in the Automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the Automotive market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Manage and analyze customer data to identify sales opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives
- Provide sales training and coaching to sales team members
- Monitor and report on sales performance and progress
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the Automotive industry
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
