Global Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Senior Product Manager to join our Global Brand Marketing department at Mast-Jägermeister. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our global portfolio of target group-oriented perfect serve market solutions, with a focus on our award-winning Tap Machine Family and various solutions for on- and off-trade channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for the global product development process, from project brief to market-ready product.
  • Manage projects for the continuous technical and design development of tap machines, as well as action plans based on legal and market-specific requirements.
  • Analyze and optimize tap machine-related processes, such as digitalization and complaint management.
  • Ensure product conformity with our quality management to guarantee global product conformity of our tap machines in all markets.
  • Develop potential simplifications of the certification process for markets.
  • Provide proactive market and regional management support for technical issues, educational material, and product compliance.
  • Create education and training content and integrate it into existing digital platforms.
  • Develop possible setups for after-sales processes to increase customer satisfaction, product life cycles, and reduce costs for our tap machines.

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in Business/Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related further education.
  • Many years of experience in a comparable position at international companies, preferably for electrical/technical goods or FMCG.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder and process management, as well as process optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of business and technology.
  • Experience in leading intercultural and interdisciplinary project teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
  • MS Office skills, as well as SAP and Workfront as an advantage.
