E-learning Content Developer

We are seeking a skilled E-learning Content Creator to produce high-quality content for our eLearning portal. With a well-defined eLearning strategy in place, your role will be to help users understand and utilize our tools through engaging courses and use case videos.
As an E-learning Content Creator specializing in Data Collection, Analytics, and Campaign Management, you will develop and manage innovative video, image, and multimedia content in English, making complex topics understandable and accessible.
Key responsibilities include developing and narrating eLearning content for the Mapp Cloud, administering the eLearning platform, designing and scripting interactive digital learning courses, producing multimedia content, collaborating with subject matter experts, and updating courses based on feedback and new information.
Requirements include excellent English skills, experience in video creation and narration, background knowledge in data collection, analytics, and/or campaign management, independent learning abilities, and technical understanding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and narrate eLearning content for the Mapp Cloud
- Administer the eLearning platform, ensuring content is up-to-date and user-friendly
- Design and script interactive digital learning courses
- Produce multimedia content: video, audio, graphics
- Collaborate with subject matter experts for content accuracy
- Update courses based on feedback and new information
Requirements:
- Excellent English skills; German is a plus for creating optional German content
- Experience in video creation and narration, preferably with Camtasia
- Background knowledge in data collection, analytics, and/or campaign management
- Independent learning abilities and technical understanding, ideally with a relevant degree
