Transform Healthcare with Lean Expertise

We're seeking a skilled Lean Consultant to empower Siemens Healthineers' employees with business system methods, facilitating a culture of innovation and excellence.

As a key member of our Healthineers Performance System (HPS) team, you'll provide consultancy, practical training, and coaching services to drive business performance and lead change in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consultancy and training services on Structured Problem Solving, Hoshin Kanri, Value Stream Mapping, and Visual Management to enhance employee skills.
  • Partner with management teams to advance business system implementation and carry out improvement projects.
  • Focus on systematic qualification increase of Healthineers employees in selected business system methods.
  • Facilitate Improvement Events to set lighthouses and role model performance improvement.
  • Promote our business system internally as the Siemens Healthineers business accelerator.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • University degree in business administration, business/industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a relevant technical domain.
  • Many years of professional experience, with a strong background in Business Excellence, Process, or Project Management, preferably in a consultancy role.
  • Proven project management experience, with strategic/tactical change projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of Lean Management and/or Lean Manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in coaching, training, and facilitation, as well as management workshops.

Working Environment:

  • Collaborate with the HPS central office team in Erlangen, Germany.
  • Travel up to 30% mainly in the EMEA region.
