As a member of our Healthineers Performance System (HPS) team, you will be responsible for providing consultancy, practical training, and coaching services to employees on business system methods, such as Structured Problem Solving, Hoshin Kanri, Value Stream Mapping, and Visual Management. You will work closely with the management team of the business units you support, focusing on systematic qualification increase of employees in selected business system methods.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing consultancy and coaching services to employees on business system methods
- Partnering with management teams to advance business system implementation
- Focusing on systematic qualification increase of employees in selected business system methods
- Facilitating Improvement Events against relevant business challenges
Requirements:
- University degree in business administration, business/industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or another relevant technical domain
- Many years of professional experience, preferably in Business Excellence, Process or Project Management
- Proven project management experience, preferably gained in strategic/tactical change projects
- Extensive knowledge of Lean Management and/or Lean Manufacturing
As a Lean Consultant, you will be conducting workshops and consultation in both English and German, so proficiency in both languages is required. You will also travel up to 30% mainly in the EMEA region to support our business units on site.
