Job Description

Role Overview

As a Field Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to earn competitive, uncapped commissions by building relationships with small businesses and helping them understand the value of SumUp's products. With our comprehensive product suite, you will be able to act as a solutions consultant and offer all our solutions to your clients.

We are building an ambitious sales team and are looking for individuals who are passionate about sales, ambitious, and have a proven track record of success. Our goal is to help small businesses succeed, and we need your support to achieve this.

Key Responsibilities
  • Search and acquire potential customers in your assigned territory, focusing on small and medium-sized businesses
  • Hold personal meetings with clients to demonstrate the benefits of SumUp's innovative card reader and POS solutions
  • Effectively communicate the value of our product and unique sales arguments, taking into account the needs and concerns of your clients
  • Generate new leads and nurture your customer base by expanding it independently
Requirements
  • You can express yourself fluently in German, both verbally and in writing, and have good English skills
  • Your empathetic approach allows you to build a trusting relationship with your clients
  • You are able to consistently achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding results
  • You possess excellent communication and social skills, enabling you to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the market and a genuine passion for supporting local businesses
  • You bring experience in generating outbound leads, cold calling, and building lead pipelines
