We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Data Center Infrastructure Operations Manager to join our team at A100 ROW GmbH. As a key member of our Infrastructure Services organization, you will be responsible for leading the operation and maintenance of our data centers and critical environments.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing team of operations professionals, including compute operations managers, engineering operations managers, and logistics operations managers.
- Ensure the attainment of organizational performance goals and objectives related to safety, security, availability, scaling, efficiency, and cost.
- Plan and execute the Infrastructure Operations component of new data center and Colocation (Colo) expansions.
- Operate and maintain mechanical, electrical, and controls systems for Amazon data centers, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and change management.
- Manage vendor relationships with Colo data center services providers to meet or exceed contracted performance SLAs.
- Respond to and resolve safety, security, and availability incidents.
- Continuously improve operational processes, procedures, methods, and tools.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or relevant industry experience with 10+ years of management experience in data center operations or critical environment facilities.
- Demonstrated track record in delivering complex projects with prior ownership of the operation of a mission-critical team and/or product.
- Proven ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams, managing other people managers.
- Ability to operate independently as a manager of a geographically distributed management team.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with analytical, quantitative, and presentation skills.
