Senior Automotive OEM Director

At Microchip Technology, we're looking for a talented Senior Automotive OEM Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for leading the strategy and team building new business in the Automotive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive design wins to revenue at select target clients in the Automotive market using Microchip's Client Engagement Process.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business, linking back to Microchip's solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to drive consensus for Microchip's solutions within their organization.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies across clients' divisions and geographical locations.
  • Communicate effectively with Microchip product divisions to provide quantifiable feedback and ROI for their investments in clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering discipline with a strong academic track record.
  • 15+ years of work experience, ideally with experience calling on clients in the Automotive market.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal influence skills.
