Are you a strategic thinker looking for a challenging opportunity to drive business growth in the automotive market? At Microchip Technology, we're seeking a Senior Automotive OEM Manager to lead our strategy and team in building new business relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a client engagement process to drive design wins to revenue at select target clients in the automotive market.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to educate clients about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business, linking back to Microchip's solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to drive consensus for Microchip's solutions.
  • Contribute to a global team environment to develop and implement sales strategies across clients' divisions and geographical locations.
  • Communicate effectively with Microchip product divisions to provide quantifiable feedback and ROI for their investments in clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering discipline with a strong academic track record.
  • 15+ years of work experience, ideally with experience calling on clients in the automotive market.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal influence skills.
