About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnership Development Manager to join our team at TechLabs Berlin. As a key member of our Partnerships Team, you will be responsible for building and managing connections between our business partners and TechLabs Berlin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with high-growth startups, consulting companies, regional large technology companies, and local foundations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between TechLabs and partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Represent TechLabs at industry events and conferences, showcasing our vision and expertise.
  • Establish connections with local politics and initiatives to promote exchange within the ecosystem.
  • Develop compelling presentations for potential partners, highlighting the value of our partnership.
Requirements
  • Based in Berlin, with fluent English and German language skills.
  • Outstanding communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy and accountability, identifying risks and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a natural inclination for presentation and sales.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment, driving growth and innovation.
  • Passionate about rethinking digital education and making a meaningful impact.
  • Experience working on challenging projects and ambitious visions, with a willingness to experiment and learn.
  • Highly curious and eager to continuously develop skills and knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, Mailchimp, and Slack is a plus.
