Position Overview:
The Quality Advisor role is essential for overseeing and enhancing the overall quality of products across various sales points.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing assessments and analyses of kiosks, proposing actionable plans and ensuring their implementation.
- Engage in the development and execution of cross-border quality initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate closely with the Quality Department, reporting directly to the Quality Manager.
- Manage and schedule weekly and monthly audits, striving towards shared objectives.
- Complete audit reports using designated applications.
- Perform regular audits to ensure continuous quality improvement across kiosks.
- Achieve key performance indicators, targeting an 85% pass rate on hygiene and concept evaluations.
- Travel nationally to various kiosks, with occasional trips across Europe.
Support and Training:
- Assist in the formulation and execution of action plans to implement the food safety strategy established by the Quality Department.
- Conduct periodic audits of existing kiosks, compiling detailed evaluation reports and following up with corrective action plans.
- Provide field support and training to local teams, emphasizing quality issues related to hygiene and food safety.
- Deliver both theoretical and practical food safety training to kiosk staff and management.
- Foster strong, lasting relationships with kiosk personnel.
- Analyze inspection results and perform microbiological assessments.
- Address non-compliance issues and customer complaints to uphold food safety standards.
- Participate in internal review meetings to discuss food safety and quality matters.
- Represent the organization in interactions with third parties, including auditors and food safety authorities.
- Oversee the accuracy and calibration of key measuring instruments, ensuring both internal and external verification as needed.
- Stay informed about industry developments in food safety regulations and technologies, providing guidance to the business.
- Contribute to the ongoing establishment of acceptable standards regarding ingredient procurement, hygiene equipment, and overall operational practices.
- Engage in country or cross-country projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role within the food and beverage, hospitality, or food production sectors.
- Willingness to travel across the country for audits.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a food safety-related field or equivalent education.
- Familiarity with HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety legislation (both EU and national).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Knowledge of Asian culinary practices is an advantage.
