Role: Surgical Sales Representative

Location: West Germany

As a Surgical Sales Representative, you will be the face of our business, working in partnership with marketing to ensure our medical devices are at the forefront of customers' minds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales calls and meetings with key decision-makers to introduce and upsell our portfolio of products.
  • Build rapport with existing and new clients, presenting and working closely with surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital administration, supply chain, payers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to achieve sales objectives.
  • Provide surgical procedure and technical product support in surgery, as well as ongoing customer service in accordance with company policy.
  • Stay up-to-date with market information for your territory to ensure maximization of market share, product acceptance, and specifications.
  • Travel across West Germany, working within a team of experienced, driven sales professionals.

Requirements:

  • Technical or administrative professional qualifications.
  • 0-2 years of successful medical sales experience, with knowledge of the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and strong English language skills.
  • Commercial experience selling capital and consumables within the medical industry, specifically in surgical sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Salesforce CRM is desirable.
  • Holds a current driver's license.
