Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team in Bonn, Germany. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and meet customer requirements.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects successfully.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring they do not impact project delivery or customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and deployment teams, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, and customer expectations are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and project team members, ensuring open communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
