About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability Projects Manager to lead our sustainability projects and drive value for our clients at Black Panda Consulting Group Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage sustainability projects for mobility businesses, from initial scoping and strategy development to execution and implementation.
  • Partner with clients to understand their sustainability goals, challenges, and opportunities, and develop tailored solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to inform strategic recommendations and decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including consultants, analysts, and subject matter experts, to deliver high-quality deliverables and insights to clients.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients on sustainability best practices, emerging trends, and innovative approaches to drive business growth and competitive advantage.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Lead client workshops, presentations, and discussions to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates effectively.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster their professional development and growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and sustainability trends to continuously enhance expertise and deliver value to clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Environmental Science, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, with a focus on sustainability projects within the mobility sector.
  • Deep understanding of sustainability principles, environmental regulations, and industry trends impacting the transportation and mobility industries.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing complex consulting projects, from inception to completion, with a focus on delivering impactful results for clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements and project meetings.
