About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Professional to join our team at Kraftblock GmbH. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will play a crucial role in advancing our operations and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic supplier portfolio management to ensure optimal supply chain performance.
  • Identify and procure technical products and materials required for our projects, while ensuring compliance with quality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability criteria.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements for Kraftblock.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national and international suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics within the renewable energy sector to identify potential supply chain risks and opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and promote sustainable procurement practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant technical field.
  • Proven experience in technical procurement and supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work with international suppliers.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, market trends, and familiarity with sustainability principles and practices is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in relevant software and tools for procurement and data analysis.
