About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Professional to join our team at Kraftblock GmbH. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will play a crucial role in advancing our operations and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic supplier portfolio management to ensure optimal supply chain performance.
  • Identify and procure technical products and materials required for our projects, ensuring compliance with quality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability criteria.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements for Kraftblock.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national and international suppliers, fostering a collaborative environment for effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and quality assurance, resolving any supply-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics within the renewable energy sector, analyzing market conditions to identify potential supply chain risks and opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, promoting sustainable procurement practices that consider environmental and ethical factors.
  • Support Kraftblock's commitment to sustainability in all procurement activities, seeking out environmentally friendly and socially responsible suppliers.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or similar in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in technical procurement, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, market trends, and familiarity with sustainability principles and practices is a clear plus.
  • Strong motivation to continuously develop your professional skills and enlarge your portfolio of responsibilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in relevant software and tools for procurement and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
