About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Consultant to join our team at Celonis. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and frame value opportunities for our customers, leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver business cases, demos, and value assessments to communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives.
  • Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
  • Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.
  • Build a strategic expansion roadmap for customers embedding Celonis Process Intelligence Platform as a strategic business transformation platform in their organization.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an analytical role with a focus on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and/or software deployment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to prepare and communicate roadmaps and results to stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of business software and SaaS applications, experience with implementing RPA or BI tools, and knowledge of Python and/or SQL.
  • Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, being a change agent and training users/process owners to realize value.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to plan and manage project scopes, expectations, and timelines.
  • Good understanding of the finance function, other industry-specific functions/processes, and/or strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Industry expertise in the insurance and/or banking industry.
  • Degree in Industrial/Business Engineering, Technology, and/or Management, Informatics, Mathematics, or similar.
