At CHINT, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share in the energy and renewable energy sectors.

You will work closely with our local partners and other sales and marketing professionals to develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans. Your expertise in business development, strategic thinking, and sales will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze high-quality projects that align with our company's strategic development and mission objectives.
  • Transform standardized industry solutions into personalized application solutions suitable for the region and drive sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the renewable energy segment and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience in the electric vehicle industry or energy storage industry.
  • Deep market understanding of EV charging technology or energy storage related businesses.
  • Proven track record in sales and partner development of complex technology solutions.
  • Ability to negotiate with key customers and develop and manage key customers in the industry.
  • Native German, fluent in English.
  • Driver's license and ability to travel for long periods.
