Job Summary

We are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors expert with a focus on Talent processes (Learning and Recruiting) to support our ongoing digitalization of Talent Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation, maintenance, usage, analysis, and administration of the SAP SuccessFactors suite, with a focus on Recruiting, Learning, and Talent Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operation, maintenance, usage, analysis, and administration of the SAP SuccessFactors suite, with a focus on Recruiting, Learning, and Talent Development.
  • Support business areas in HR by using the platform as administrators, providing training and assistance in maintaining the system.
  • Work closely with Business IT and third-party suppliers to design and implement change requests and system improvements based on Uniper's business needs and HR market trends.
  • Consult business content owners on best practices in setting up learning journeys and provide support with adequate reports.
  • Optimize linked employee journeys and enable Uniper employees to use the system through user guides, online help, and other supporting documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (HR, Education, Economics, Media, IT) or similar.
  • Experience in administration of HR/HX Systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar).
  • High customer orientation and understanding of Employee Experience/User Experience concept.
  • Experience with setting up e-learnings, including authoring tools or screen casting tools.
  • Willingness to learn and empower yourself with the support of various offerings and your manager.
