Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Team Lead to join our Operations team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our Site General Manager and leadership team. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business results and improve employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Provide HR support to the Site General Manager and leadership team
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to drive business results and improve employee engagement
  • Manage and develop a team of HR professionals
  • Collaborate with global HR partners to implement global HR programs and policies
  • Support site-wide transformation and change initiatives
  • Manage labor relations and workers council collaboration

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven track record in leading HR projects and initiatives
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in an international matrix organization
  • High expertise in German labor law and labor relations
  • Strong leadership and development skills
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Advanced project management skills
