Your Role & Responsibilities as HR Operations Lead
In this pivotal role, you will serve as the People & Leadership Partner for the Site General Manager of Pharma Manufacturing in Germany and her leadership team. This site is one of the largest manufacturing facilities within Teva's global network, encompassing multiple manufacturing units, Quality assurance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operational Excellence.
You will play an integral role in shaping and executing the strategic agenda for our operations, collaborating closely with the leadership team and global HR partners while aligning with other business units at the site.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering comprehensive HR services throughout the employee lifecycle for approximately 1,200 colleagues, supported by a team of three Senior HR Managers whom you will lead, mentor, and develop.
- Managing various HR initiatives and supporting site-wide transformation and change efforts.
- Ensuring the consistent application of global and local HR programs, policies, and processes, including talent management, performance evaluation, succession planning, and employee engagement surveys, in compliance with local regulations.
- Overseeing restructuring initiatives and managing labor relations, including collaboration and negotiation with employee representatives.

You possess:
- A university degree and a proven track record in project leadership and managing direct reports.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in an international matrix organization.
- In-depth knowledge of German labor law and labor relations.
- Experience in leadership and development initiatives.
- Strong negotiation skills and fluency in both German and English.
- Advanced project management capabilities.
- An agile mindset with a passion for technology and digital transformation.
- Executive-level maturity.
