About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Sparkasse Bad Hersfeld-Rotenburg. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth

Your Profile

  • You have a strong background in business development, client relationship management, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and have a strong understanding of financial services and products
  • You are a strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • You are a strategic thinker, with the ability to develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • You are a team player, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations
