Prysmian Kabel und Systeme GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Installation Specialist to join our team. As an Installation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the execution and success of our cable installation activities.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Documentation: Prepare and review technical documents, including detailed drawings and descriptive documents, to ensure accurate and complete information for cable installation activities.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments, external consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
- Site Planning: Support in planning cable installation activities on site, including site visits to assess feasibility and propose solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on final as-built documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to the purchasing department for the finalization of subcontracts.
- Education: Honorable degree in technical engineering (civil, mechanical, or materials engineering)
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and German, written and spoken
- Experience: 0-3 years of work experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Basic knowledge of the land cable installation business/market and familiarity with common software (Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, GIS)
- Communication Skills: Good relationship approach and team working capability
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve problems, set priorities, and manage changes in a complex environment
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new situations
