Senior Sales Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at RTL AdAlliance. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance and revenue growth through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytical techniques to enhance sales performance tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and product launches.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to track sales performance, productivity, and effectiveness.
  • Identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains within our sales process and work with sales and Ad Operations teams to streamline processes, automate workflows, and implement best practices.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights and analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior business intelligence or analytics role, preferably within a sales or revenue-focused function.
  • Expertise in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) with a proven track record of applying advanced analytical techniques.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights, KPIs, and recommendations.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to execution in a cross-functional environment.
