Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data architecture principles to support business growth and innovation.
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive data strategy to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data models, data governance, and data quality initiatives.
  • Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain data architecture documentation, standards, and best practices.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on data management and governance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required key competencies and qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of data architecture principles, data governance, and data quality.
  • Experience in leading data strategy and architecture initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive business outcomes.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in data management and architecture.
  • Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions and improving business outcomes.
