We are Uniper, a leading company in the energy sector, and we are looking for a highly skilled Project Development Manager Solar to join our team in Düsseldorf. As a key member of our Renewables team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of energy.
Your Responsibilities- Manage and control interdisciplinary project teams consisting of internal and external experts to develop and implement solar energy projects.
- Ensure that all technical, commercial, and legal aspects of the project are properly addressed and coordinated with your department manager.
- Manage and control budgets, schedules, and services during project development.
- Communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders who have a direct interest in the project.
- Represent Uniper Renewables to authorities and public bodies.
- Monitor market developments and provide independent insights to management on changes and the need for adjustments.
- You have extensive experience in project development for free-field photovoltaic systems and leading interdisciplinary teams.
- You hold a degree in geography, engineering, urban planning, or a comparable qualification with professional experience.
- You are motivated to develop projects to construction readiness as part of a team.
- You can represent your position in a factual and well-founded manner, including to external and internal discussion and negotiation partners.
- You enjoy working in a diverse team and are happy to share your knowledge.
- You are fluent in German and have a good level of English.
- You are prepared for business trips as a matter of course.
