Your Responsibilities- Manage and control interdisciplinary project teams consisting of internal and external experts to ensure successful project development.
- Oversee all technical, commercial, and legal aspects of the project, ensuring timely completion and coordination with department managers.
- Manage and control budgets, schedules, and services during project development.
- Communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders, including authorities and public bodies.
- Represent Uniper Renewables in a professional manner, ensuring a positive image of the company.
- Monitor market developments and provide independent insights to management on changes and necessary adjustments.
- Proven experience in project development of free-field photovoltaic systems and leading interdisciplinary teams.
- Relevant degree in geography, engineering, urban planning, or a comparable field with professional experience.
- Motivation to develop projects to construction readiness as part of a team.
- Ability to represent your position in a factual and well-founded manner, including to external and internal discussion and negotiation partners.
- Fluency in German and a good level of English.
- Preparedness for business trips as a matter of course.
