In the field of surface technology, we are seeking a highly motivated researcher to work on the USP laser structuring of sapphire. This project involves collaborating with the Chair for Laser Technology at RWTH LLT and the Fraunhofer Institute for Laser Technology ILT.

The researcher will be responsible for familiarizing themselves with the topic of processing transparent materials with USP laser radiation, planning and carrying out experiments on the SLE laser processing system, measuring transmission with the help of an integrating sphere, and analyzing and interpreting the results.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in physics or a related field, be interested in working on a highly topical subject, and be motivated to develop solutions to potential problems. You should also have independent and conscientious working methods.
