**Job Responsibilities**
- Analyze existing NetSuite processes to identify areas for improvement and propose best practices to enhance ERP functionality.
- Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to understand functional requirements.
- Work closely with the ERP team to configure NetSuite modules according to business needs.
- Design workflows, forms, and reports to streamline operations while ensuring adherence to NetSuite standards and guidelines.
- Support NetSuite integrations with other systems and ensure seamless data flow between NetSuite and external applications.
- Implement best practices for data synchronization and real-time updates.
- Document data management processes, functional configurations, and customizations.
- Create user guides and reference materials.
- Share insights and best practices within the team.
**Requirements**
- Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science).
- Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP systems is advantageous.
- Fluent English language skills (Written & Verbal).
