Take charge of elevating service quality across regions

Vestas is seeking a Service Quality Lead to spearhead strategic initiatives, advise on quality metrics, and ensure standardized best practices.

The ideal candidate will be a proficient quality expert with a passion for excellence, able to guide sub-regional Onshore Service organizations in achieving and maintaining quality performance.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement strategic quality initiatives
  • Advise sub-regional Service businesses on quality metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure quality performance is understood by sub-regional Service
  • Support sharing of best practices through knowledge transfer

Qualifications

  • Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent and at least 7+ years of experience in Quality
  • Certified Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt Practitioner
  • Certified ISO 1:5 Quality Management System (QMS) Lead Auditor
  • Fluent in German

Competencies

  • Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise in Service quality processes, data analysis, and relevant tools and methodologies
  • Fluent in English
