Senior Recruitment Manager (360 degrees)
We are seeking an experienced Sales Recruitment Manager to join our team in Düsseldorf. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of recruitment consultants.

Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high-performing team of recruitment consultants;
- Grow sales and develop existing colleagues;
- Hire and train new recruitment consultants;
- Improve and strengthen our culture and standards.
Requirements:
- Fluent knowledge of German (C1/C2) and English;
- Experience in recruitment (360) and placement;
- Leadership/coaching experience in sales recruitment (at least 1 year);
- Passion for growth and improvement;
- Living in the Düsseldorf area (or willing to relocate).
