Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Ruby Developer to join our team and contribute to the further development of our auction platform. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for researching new technologies, proposing innovative solutions, and implementing them independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new ideas for our auction platform and implement them technically on your own responsibility.
  • Expand and improve our software architecture while addressing shortcomings.
  • Plan and execute projects in a good but also pragmatic way, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Contribute your personality and knowledge to our team, actively participating in team meetings and sharing your expertise with team members.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Several years of professional experience in test-driven web development, demonstrating expertise in this area.
  • A pragmatic thinker who can effectively identify and address challenges.
  • An ambitious and results-oriented style of work that focuses on achieving goals.
  • Ideally, a Master's degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field of study.
