Job Title: Senior Ruby on Rails API Developer

Lekker Code Company, a leading IT-outsourcing company, is seeking an experienced Senior Ruby on Rails API Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for enhancing and expanding our existing Rails API, designing and implementing new features, and reviewing and optimizing existing code to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance and expand our existing Rails API using modern web technologies and best development practices.
  • Design and implement new features to improve functionality and user experience.
  • Review and optimize existing code to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Participate actively in our agile planning and development cycles.
  • Mentor and support the development team by sharing your expertise and insights.
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience developing with Ruby on Rails, especially in API design and implementation.
  • Familiarity with modern web technologies and best development practices.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructures and API integration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to work in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
