About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails API Developer to join our development team at Staffomatic. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our established Rails API and implementing new features.

With a strong background in Ruby on Rails and a passion for innovative products, you will work closely with our Co-founder & CTO to develop and refine our workforce software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advance our established Rails API
  • Implement new features
  • Evaluate and improve existing code
  • Participate in agile planning
  • Guide the development team with your expertise

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of uninterrupted professional experience in Ruby on Rails
  • Comfortable developing complex features with complex requirements
  • Open to new technologies in the Rails ecosystem
  • Motivated to work in remote setups
  • Native German speaker and fluent in English
