Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of CRM und Digital Transformation, der unsere agilen Produkt-Teams in der Domäne Vertrieb unterstützt und die technologische Strategie entwickelt.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Entwicklung der technologischen Strategie für die Domäne Vertrieb
  • Strategische Planung der IT-Unterstützung in den crossfunktionalen Produktteams
  • Disziplinarische Führung von bis zu 10 Consultants und Engineers
  • Ausarbeitung von standardisierten Integrationskonzepten und Begleitung der Umsetzung
  • Gestaltung der Transformation in eine mit agilen Methoden arbeitende Produktorganisation
Voraussetzungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder ein vergleichbares technisches Studium
  • Sehr gute übergreifende IT Erfahrungen und fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen CRM-Systeme, Microsoft Dynamics, Hotline und Kundenservice-Systeme
  • Kenntnisse in modernen Kommunikations-, Arbeits-, und Führungsmethoden
  • Offenheit und Wertschätzung gegenüber Mitarbeitenden sowie Freude an wechselseitigem Feedback
