Job Description

Head of CRM Application

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our CRM application team. As the Head of CRM Application, you will be responsible for the overall strategy and direction of our CRM system, ensuring it aligns with our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the CRM strategy, including the selection and implementation of CRM software
  • Lead a team of CRM consultants and engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM with other business systems
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams
  • Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CRM implementation and management, with a strong understanding of CRM software and its applications
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Fluency in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
