Head of CRM Application

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of CRM Application to join our team at Lekkerland. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our CRM application strategy and ensuring its successful implementation across our business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy CRM solutions that meet our business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Manage and maintain our CRM application, ensuring its stability, security, and performance.

Requirements:
