Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Experts for Professionals. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Field Resource Managers and contribute to the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules
  • Process and verify invoices and payments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other productivity software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
