Job Title: CRM Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our Marketing team at Scalable Capital. As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and executing CRM campaigns, creating and adapting CRM journeys, and analyzing results to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to deliver targeted communication to new and existing clients
  • Create and adapt CRM journeys to improve customer engagement and retention
  • Analyze campaign results and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and marketing automation

Requirements

  • Strong interest in CRM and marketing automation
  • Previous experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluency in German (C1 level) and English
