Supply Chain Manager for Commodity Procurement

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Commodity Manager to join our team at OSB AG. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for the execution of procurement activities, tendering, and supplier selection.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the optimal supply of raw materials and goods.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to develop new product development projects.
  • Ensure the implementation of the company's procurement strategy.
  • Work closely with the procurement team to define and develop procurement strategies.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving projects across all areas of the company.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and team skills, with the ability to drive results.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Experience in negotiations with suppliers and procurement management is an asset.
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
