Job Title: Procurement Software & Cyber Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Procurement team in the Software and Cyber department.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will assist the Commodity Managers in securing the acquisition of software licenses and cyber products, ensuring timely and cost-effective results. Key responsibilities include researching potential vendors and products, gathering information on pricing, features, and compatibility with existing systems, and collaborating with the CMs to develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.

Requirements:
  • Enrolled full-time student in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering School, or Information Technology or an equivalent field of study.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data from various sources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace. Programming skills will be a plus.
  • Interest in Aerospace, cyber, and software products with a willingness to learn and adapt autonomously to new technologies.
  • English fluent, French language skills would be of advantage.
