Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Procurement team in the Software and Cyber department at Airbus Defence and Space GmbH.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Commodity Managers in securing software licenses and cyber products, ensuring timely and cost-effective results.
  • Research potential vendors and products, gathering information on pricing, features, and compatibility with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with Commodity Managers to develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and Terms and Conditions as needed.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of procurement documents and Key Performance Indicators for our dashboard.
Requirements:
  • Enrolled full-time student in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering School, or Information Technology or an equivalent field of study.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data from various sources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace. Programming skills will be a plus.
  • Interest in Aerospace, cyber, and software products with a willingness to learn and adapt autonomously to new technologies.
  • English fluent, French language skills would be of advantage.
