Senior SAP Support Logistic Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Logistics Consultant to join our team at SOA People. As a Senior SAP Support Logistic Specialist, you will be responsible for providing second- and third-line remote support interventions in SAP for our customers, ensuring timely issue resolution and excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Execute daily remote support interventions in SAP for a number of customers, including issue solving, realizing changes, and assisting key-users.
- Support customers with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA environments, and SAP add-on products developed by SOA People.
- Interact with SAP AG to tackle customer issues in the standard product, in line with the SAP License Maintenance contract in place.
- Collaborate with the SOA People product development team to discuss customer issue solutions or demands for future extensions.
- Provide additional RTS services to our customers, including on-site meetings or workshops, functional assistance during a planned go-live, and mini-projects to extend the functionality of an implementation.
- Take full responsibility for the topics you are dealing with, defining the functional solution, implementation, and surrounding cooperation with involved customers.
- Pro-actively communicate with all stakeholders, including customers, service desk coordinator, colleague consultants, service delivery managers, and RTS management.
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP logistics consultant in parallel missions for different customers.
- Deep knowledge of base SAP modules like SD, MM, LE, and good knowledge of other industry-related modules or domains.
- Skilled in ECC and S/4HANA (private/public) cloud environments.
- Understanding of ABAP (OO) for easy cooperation with technical consultants.
- Fluent communication in French and English, both orally and in writing. Good knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset.
- ITIL experience is a strong asset.
