About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Support Specialist to join our team at SOA People. As a key member of our logistics support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our customers in the areas of SAP logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide second- and third-line remote support interventions in SAP for a number of customers, including issue solving, change realization, and key-user assistance.
  • Support customers in SAP ECC, S/4HANA environments, and SAP add-on products developed by SOA People.
  • Interact with SAP AG to resolve customer issues in the standard product, in line with the SAP License Maintenance contract.
  • Collaborate with the SOA People product development team to discuss customer issue solutions or demands for future extensions.
  • Provide additional RTS services to customers, including on-site meetings, workshops, functional assistance during go-live, and mini-projects to extend implementation functionality.
  • Take full responsibility for topics, defining functional solutions, implementation, and surrounding cooperation with involved customers.
  • Proactively communicate status and results of work with stakeholders, including customers, service desk coordinator, colleague consultants, service delivery managers, and RTS management.
  • Escalate operational issues internally to the service desk coordinator.
Requirements
  • Customer and service-oriented, meticulous, and punctual in communication.
  • Experience in a support environment with operating procedures, request priorities, and SLA agreements.
  • Constant focus on quality of work.
  • Pragmatic approach to define working solutions in unfamiliar systems.
  • Experience guiding a small team of junior colleagues in support request handling.
  • At least 5 years' experience as an SAP logistics consultant in parallel missions for different customers.
  • In-depth knowledge of base SAP modules like SD, MM, LE, and good knowledge of industry-related modules or domains.
  • Skilled in ECC and S/4HANA cloud environments and understanding of ABAP (OO).
  • Functional experience with SolMan on service desk and CRM modules is a strong asset.
  • Fluent communication in French and English, with good knowledge of Dutch a strong asset.
  • ITIL experience is a strong asset.
