About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR Data Management Team as a Working Student. In this position, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of German employee data using the SAP HR software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee data in the SAP HR system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company processes.
  • Process contractual variations, personal data changes, and other employment documents.
  • Collaborate with various departments and functions to ensure seamless data processing and information flow.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues, employees, and managers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the HR Data Management Team to share knowledge, best practices, and expertise.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • No prior experience is required, but a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer skills.
  • Fluency in English and German, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, open to new opportunities and willing to learn and grow.
