International Trade Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated International Trade Specialist to join our team at Wingcopter GmbH. As a key member of our logistics and compliance team, you will be responsible for handling all foreign trade operations, including certificates of origin, customs invoices, Carnet A.T.A., and filing all legally required customs documents.
Your Profile- Vocational training in the field of customs or as a forwarding agent, with relevant further training in the field.
- Initial professional experience with a focus on customs and foreign trade, working with several international customers or locations.
- Compliance with current standards, regulations, and laws.
- Independent and conscientious organizational talent with a structured, analytical working style and good time management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of ATLAS and MS Office.
- Confident handling of ERP and DMS systems, SAP HANA skills are an advantage.
- Good German and English skills for a smooth workflow.
- Independent, structured, and reliable work ethic.
- Ability to work under pressure.
